SHIPPING
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, please allow orders to be processed in 2-6 business days. We normally process within 2-3 days but it could take up to 6 days to process. Once your order has been processed, please allow 2-10 business days (excluding national holidays) depending on shipping location for your order to be delivered. We greatly appreciate your patience.
U.S. Domestic (Standard 2-4 business days in transit): Please enter your shipping address for rates.
International (DHL Express Worldwide 2-4 business days in transit) : $35 - $45 flat rate to select international destination countries.
Please note:
- Shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout and is not refundable.
- We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
- For international orders: Neda Store does not cover any custom duties, taxes, and clearance fees, which are regulated by governments of destination countries. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control and it won't be calculated at checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs office regarding these fees.
- Order Cancellation: Once an order has been processed, it can’t be canceled. You will have to accept the delivery, request a return, and then place a new order.
- If an order is refused and returned to Neda Store due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier. Therefore, your order will not be eligible for a refund/exchange/store credit.
- If an order is not received by a recipient and therefore sent back to Neda Store, all shipping costs caused by the order will be taken out of the refund.
- Neda Store is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages that may occur in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to track & monitor its status. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package. If your package is damaged or lost, please contact the carrier.

RETURNS
As of November 23, 2021, if you’re not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer store credit or exchange for eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order. At this time, we do not issue refunds.
Please note:
- You may return/exchange any full-priced, unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise with their original packaging. Damaged shoe boxes won't be eligible for a return/exchange.
- Returns need to be requested and postmarked within 7 days of receiving. Returns with a postmark over 7 days of delivery date won't be eligible for a refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs using a trackable shipping carrier of their choice.
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For any free-shipping orders, if it doesn't meet the eligibility of free-shipping due to return, initial shipping fees will be deducted from refund amount.
TO PROCESS A RETURN/EXCHANGE:
To make a return, please email us at info@nedastore.com to get approval on your request. Kindly include your order number and item(s) you would like to return. Once you submit your request, we will send you an instructions on how and where to send your package. Please use an insured delivery service of your choice with a tracking service available. Once your return has is accepted, please allow 3-10 business days for processing the refund.
Please do not return any product(s) without getting approval as they may be rejected. Neda Store holds the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
DEFECT ITEMS
Defective or wrong item(s) must be claimed, with images of the defects, within 7 days of receiving the item(s) and must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGE
Neda Store is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages that may occur in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to track & monitor its status. However, we will do everything in our power to assist you. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.
