SHIPPING

Please allow order to be processed in 2-6 business days. We normally process within 3 days but it could take up to 6 days to process, depending on the stock levels. Once your order has been processed, please allow 6-10 business days (excluding national holidays) for your order to be delivered. We greatly appreciate your patience.

 

Please note: 

  • Shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout and is not refundable.
  • We currently ship to the US only and cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it can’t be canceled.
  • If an order is refused and returned to Neda Store, all shipping costs caused by the order will be taken out of the refund.
  • Neda Store is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages that may occur in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to track & monitor its status. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package. If your package is damaged or lost, please contact the carrier.

RETURNS

You may return any full-priced, unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise with their original packaging. Returns need to be requested and postmarked within 7 days of receiving. Returns with a postmark over 7 days of delivery date will receive a store credit only with a 30% stocking fee deducted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. 
Neda Store is not responsible for returning item(s) that are not damaged or lost while in transit.

 

TO PROCESS A RETURN: 

To make a return, please email us at info@nedastore.com to request a Return Authorization number. Kindly include your order number and item(s) you would like to return. Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization and domestic shipping label will be sent to you within 24 hours with return instructions. If you choose to use our domestic return label, a $9 fee will be applied to your refund. Please put your RA# on the return package in order to complete your return. Once your return has been accepted, please allow 3-10 business days for processing the refund.

Please do not return any product(s) without an RA# as they may be rejected. Neda Store holds the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
